INTEGRATED SERIES OF PRODUCTS

Cans Aerosol manufacturing is a necked-in, and available in three diameters: 52mm, 57mm and 65mm, while the height varies from 72mm to 300mm. Cans Aerosol covered internally depending on the requirements, while the side seam of the receptacle is protected internally and externally with special materials (powder and colorless varnish respectively). There is a choice between different shades of the edges of the container, such as a colourless lacquer, gold lacquer or white lacquer.

 

NEW METHODS OF PRINTING

Printed on the latest technology 6-color UV Offset printing presses which provide excellent print quality with clean and bright colors. The department of PrePress company offers Computer-To-Plate equipment, which allows the direct creation of transport print, without the mediation of film.

 

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The TECHNOCAN has equipped its production lines with a test machine high pressure, in which he tested the set of the generated bin (100%) at a pressure of 12bar. This is to check that not only the leak-tightness of each tank, but also the durability of the high pressure. At the same time, shall be continuously carried out spot checks in all phases of production, while faithfully the procedures of the quality assurance system ISO 9001-2000 implemented by the company.
